Leonice Marsha Tamilvanan is a Singaporean artist, specialized in ceramics. She graduated with a Bachelor (Hons) in Fine Art practice, from the University of Central Lancashire. Though she is skilled in various styles, she specialized in ceramics. Her works are notable for their organic finish and tactile nature. Focusing on techniques and materials, she tries to develop forms and concepts that are nostalgic, which incite the viewer to make new personal associations.

 

She has assisted Artist Richard Streitmatter-Tran for his work in the DISINI program, Chan + Hori Art Gallery, Gillman barrack. She has worked as an art instructor in various schools and workshops by different companies.

She is currently a studio manager and instructor at Arudio. Using a training program crafted by herself, she oversees the training for all students and staff. Together with the managing director, Leonice is also in charge of developing new glazes and lesson plans. She also has a foot in marketing and administration.
